An NLP Master Practitioner, Peter is also a facilitator of Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and regularly provides consultative development on a one-to-one and company-wide basis, running tailored events for clients such as the National Association of Estate Agents, various national estate agencies and major house builders.

Regularly engaged internationally as a conference presenter, keynote speaker and business coach, Peter Knight has won awards for his marketing, ideas culture and work/life balance workshops for Vistage (formerly TEC) – the world’s largest chief executive member organisation.  Specialising in areas as diverse as estate agency, finance, sales, leadership, and communications including PR, marketing, branding, internal communications and new media, Recent speaking engagements include the GPEA Conference 2007 (Guild of Professional Estate Agents), NARdi Gras 2006, Advertising Week Wazzap? 2006 (European marketing conference), Housebuilding 2006, Overseas Property Professional Live 2005, PCS Expo (Property Computer Show) 2004 and 2005, the National Homes Network conference 2004.

Peter’s best-selling book HEMP: the Highly Effective Marketing Plan was published in April 2004 and is into its third print run as well as being published in eleven different languages.  The HEMP planning workshop from which the book grew has helped over a thousand companies develop practical strategies to achieve their marketing and other business goals.

Peter also has a regular column in the UK’s Real Business magazine and has written a monthly column for the leading industry journal Estate Agency News for over five years.  Peter has recently been accepted as a contributor to the USA’s Broker Agent Magazine and was awarded Surrey Business Person of the Year 2007.
