It’s hard to believe, but you can now move into a new Laing Home for just £99! This amazing deal is part of Laings Homes’ December offer and we are pleased to provide the campaign to support it.

With sales at their Evolution and High Wood developments looking encouraging, Laing wanted to create some extra interest in the run up to Christmas.

The ‘Cashback’ campaign incorporated a full-page advert in the Evening Standard and a mailer that went out by post and by hand via promotional girls positioned at targeted train stations.

The response has been excellent and Laing Homes is delighted with a visible increase in visitors to both locations and two attributed sales at Evolution so far.
