Believe it or not, he gets them from a farm in Kent. Fourayes Farm to be exact. And being the UK’s largest processor of apples, they have naturally asked us to make sure they keep their profile high.
With the busy harvest and frenetic mincemeat season out of the way, Fourayes Farm and Phoenix have begun working together. We are initially tasked with raising their profile within the food industry, as well as maintaining thier presence locally.
