We have just received a prestigious one-star award from The Best Companies Limited accreditation as one of the best small companies to work for in Britain. The list, which is published annually in The Sunday Times, uses a Michelin three-star system for its award scheme, where one star represents ‘very good’, and three stars is positively stellar! We’re very proud to have been one of only 129 small companies within the UK to have gained the accolade. So what makes Phoenix special? The results show that we scored above average in six of the eight areas surveyed, and scored especially well for our investment in learning and development.
