New faces at Phoenix
At Phoenix, we’re always on the lookout for new talent.
Amongst the new faces we’ve welcomed recently are Danielle Woods, who’s just started on reception. We know she won’t be there long, but it’s all part of our cunning plan to hire the best and find the right place for them later! Danielle is confident, commercially aware, and caring, and with her exceptional attention to detail and customer focus, we reckon she’ll make a great addition to our client services team.
In her time, she’s had customer facing roles in a well-known health club, as a manager in a hairdressing salon, and as a self-employed hairdresser herself. (We’re hoping for a few hairstyling tips!)
In the Laing team, we’ve just added Sean Leahy and Lee Batchelor as artworkers. This is Sean’s second studio job, so he’s already got some agency experience as well as plenty of freelance experience which includes time spent within the independent music industry.
Lee comes from a press background, so time pressure and deadlines are nothing new to him. Outside of work, he dabbles in web design, and very successfully too, we might add. Just to keep himself on his toes, he’s a counsellor for The Samaritans. Funnily enough, he has a very calming influence on his colleagues.
Sonya Taylor’s just joined us as an art director working in support of Christian just before he goes off on his honeymoon. We’ve lured her away from one of our local rivals, so she’s already had some experience working with a few of our property clients. One of the reasons why she’s delighted to be with us is the fact that she no longer has to go up and down four flights of stairs! More importantly though, she really wants the opportunity to work more closely with clients, and to experience working in other areas.
It’s good to have them join the team. And remember, if you know of good people for Phoenix, we’re always on the lookout…
