We all want to be the same, but different

Just how do you apply a one-brand approach, to 500 independent companies, without any of them losing their individual identity?

This month we have been busy launching the re-branded TEAM; the UK’s largest branded network of independent owner-operated estate agents. The design needed to be able to incorporate over 500 different agents’ existing identities, whilst still delivering a consistent look.

TEAM told us they pride themselves upon the straightforward, honest and professional way in which their members conduct their businesses. So, with this in mind, the new logo encompasses exactly what the network is all about and the result is a design which combines a strong graphic with a clear blue sky, reflecting the TEAM approach to estate agency: transparent in all respects.

The logo will be adopted by TEAM’s network of more than 500 independent estate agents, who will apply it to sales boards, stationery and property particulars, to achieve consistency and communicate the same straightforward message across all branches. Each agent can not only retain their own logo, but also incorporate bespoke imagery into the identity system to make it unique.

Alan Kirkman, Communications Director for TEAM, says, “We believe that by using our new brand identity, TEAM agencies will further assure consumers that they can rely on us as a network of local firms with national influence.”

We are currently developing a recruitment campaign to help promote the association to other estate agents in an aim to increase members.
