I learned my trade in the design and build industry, and have actively sought to use my skills and consolidate my knowledge in a range of industries, learning those ‘softer’ skills required in life and vocation, often quoted as coming hard to accountants! Then I met Peter Knight and a two year partnership ensued, during which time the philosophy of making a real difference to our clients’ businesses was developed.

After a four year "absence with leave" to work in the whirlwind of interim management, we’re back together for a second term. It’s still exhilarating to work in an organisation that is so creative and focussed – no two days challenges are the same.
