Customer profiling
Only by truly getting to know customers’ behaviour and buying habits can we hope to effectively market to them. That’s why, here at Phoenix, we spend a great deal of time and effort researching individual target audiences. To help bring this data to life, we use ‘exploded bins’ – literally a depiction of what each target audience throws away! It may not be the most conventional way of doing things – but we find this combination of packaging, newspapers, till receipts etc, is an extremely effective way of showing clients the kind of people who really buy their products.
