
The work: Letterstone’s property investment opportunities were highlighted via a series of press interviews supported by articles within leading property newspapers, in particular The Sunday Times and Estates Gazette.
The effect: within three months 950 investors registered on the Letterstone database and every one of the four schemes have sold out within a week of being made available. Simon Hill, MD of Letterstone comments: "The PR campaign far exceeded our expectations and at every event we’ve held it has been ‘standing room only’ resulting in all our schemes being sold way ahead of our target."
