
The work: Romans, a significant ‘player’ within the regional estate agency sector, approached Phoenix for a complete overhaul of their branding and marketing. They felt that their existing creative was old-fashioned and didn’t effectively reflect their dynamic company. Phoenix produced a brave text-based campaign, combining strong colours with short, sharp headlines.
The result: this treatment broke new ground within an industry noted for its reliance on product images and Romans were so pleased with the campaign that they subsequently rolled it out across TV, cinema, posters, press, direct mail, radio, ambient media and the web.
